Welcome to your spacious and vibrant home only a block to downtown Dubuque's best shops, restaurants, nightlife, and tourist attractions! Walk to the Fenelon Elevator and Five Flags Center! With three inviting bedrooms, five beds, and a futon, this charming house comfortably accommodates up to nine guests, making it the perfect choice for family gatherings, group getaways, or work-related trips. There are two full baths, one on each floor. We have a great fenced in backyard with a fire pit. This home offers a fenced in backyard with fire pit, foosball table, dart board, cards and board games. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor with a full bath on each floor. The master bed has a queen size bed and a large bay window with a desk. Bedroom two has two twin beds and a full size bed. Bedroom three has a Queen size bed. There is a convenient sofa sleeper/futon in the living room. The back of the couch folds down to make a full size sleeping area. Additional sheets and bedding are provided for this space. Queen size air mattress and pack n play available. Full size washer and dryer are also on the first floor.

Very nice, centrally located, private home. Responsive hosts, no unreasonable rules, seemed happy to share their home. Great yard for dogs with fully fenced yard. Worth the price.
Stacy and Troy are superior hosts! Everything we needed or could want in a home was available. They even went out of their way to get a grill for our use! Which we didn't expect at all, but were very happy to see. Both showers were wonderful and tall enough even for my 6'2" frame which is not always the case. The house was immaculate. The wi-fi strong enough to play games with 5 women on it at the same time. And the location was perfect! Very close to the Casino where we needed to be on Saturday for a bowling tournament, and close to multiple excellent restaurants! We chose Italian - Mario's and were definitely not disappointed, I felt I was back in Italy the cuisine was that authentic! I would give our stay 10 stars if it were possible! If I ever need to stay in Dubuque again I will be checking to see if this is available FIRST! Overall a truly wonderful experience and I highly recommend this stay!
We had a great weekend in Dubuque. Stacy and Troy have a wonderful place and we were all able to stay together. They were extremely helpful and very responsive to our needs. The kids (and adults) loved the foosball table and the dogs enjoyed the treats they left.
Will definitely stay again!
After a previous booking at a different property provided a gorgeous looking but less than ideal place to stay during a very cold week in Dubuque, we were really pleased to have booked Stacy and Troy's townhome in Dubuque! The house was pet friendly so we could bring our dog with us for the weekend trip, and the house itself was super clean with fun games and all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay away from home. Best of all the heat was excellent in the house during a chilly weekend! We were in town seeing a show at Five Flags Center and were thankful to be in walking distance to the show, and a ton of restaurants and breweries! The driveway easily fits 2-3 cars with other street parking available. One note though, this home does have steep stairs and is on a steep street, so those with mobility problems might struggle more here than at other options.

You are in the perfect location and can walk to many of the best restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Check out our guide book for a list of some of the highest rated sights in the area. Don’t stop there Dubuque and the surrounding area has a lot more to offer. We limited the guidebook to highlight some things but it doesn’t include everything. Keep searching, it’s a great neighborhood to explore!
Guests can park in the private driveway on the west side of the house. The driveway is long enough to easily park two cars, possibly three, depending on the size of vehicle. Additional parking for guests is available on the street just west of the driveway as you go up the hill. Parking directly in front of the property is restricted to local residents with a permit. Driveway is 3/4 inch limestone.
