Welcome to this completely remodeled 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on the lake in Olcott, New York! Our cozy and rustic style home offers a first floor bedroom as well as a first floor, handicap accessible bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find 4 more bedrooms and another full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Enjoy our beautiful Lake Ontario Sunsets from the patio and most rooms in the house! Each room is spacious and comfortable for our guests ! We have plenty of extra blankets and all mattresses, pillows and bedding and sectional are new for our May 2023 Opening! We are so happy to open this beautifully renovated home to you! We also have a pretty cool sailboat in the backyard that guests are welcome to explore at their own risk. Please keep an eye on children on the sailboat as well as by the rock wall as it can be dangerous and right on the lake

Great stay!
Katie’s home was amazing for my family and i. We really enjoyed it and it was absolutely beautiful just like the pics. The home is in a great neighborhood and if you’re looking for a sign to rent this home this is it! We had a total of 11 people and it held us perfectly!

Beautiful views 100% worth it
Rented out Katie’s space for the weekend and couldn’t be happier! It was beautiful, just like the photos. Came perfectly cleaned and organized. The cottage sits right on the water and a short walk to the village. The village was closed unfortunately and it was too cold to stay outdoors but beautiful nonetheless.

This is location is right off the marina in Olcott, New York. It’s located right behind Hedley Boatyard. It’s a cute, quiet and quaint little town that is visited often by fisherman and tourists alike!
There are several walkable spots nearby including the beach, shops, the pier, diners and a convenience store! To leave the immediate area it is recommended by car; Ubers are hard to come by in this rural area.
