Welcome to our Swanky Guest Suite - located in a friendly neighborhood and thoughtfully designed and equipped for you! Make a drink at the coffee bar or binge a show on the 50” SmartTV. Amenities include a kitchenette, remote workspace, High-Speed WiFi, and washer & dryer. ♢ 5-minute drive to Morgan State Univ., John Hopkins Univ., & Loyola ♢ Visit the Inner Harbor, Baltimore Museum of Art, or catch a Baltimore Orioles or Ravens game in a short drive ♢ Great food options within 5-10 minutes! You’ll have private access to the basement apartment through the rear entrance of the rowhome via the alleyway. We strive to make our Airbnb unit as comfortable as possible and provide the amenities you may need during your stay! It is important to note that the entrance is located below our deck. Based on your height you may be required to mind your head as you initially approach the door, and then returned to normal height once on the steps. There are 3 steps approaching the entry door. Once inside the basement apartment, the ceiling heights reach below 8ft!

Shanice is a friendly and welcoming host. Locating the off-street parking was straightforward based on the info provided which included photos of the parking pad and apartment entrance. The parking pad was clean, uncluttered, and large enough to easily accommodated my vehicle (wagon/ hatchback). Check in was easy via the keypad. The apartment was elegant, immaculate, and super comfy. All of the info needed, from restaurant suggestions to operating appliances to checking out, was in the on-line manual. Shanice messaged me a couple of times to see how I was doing, which was thoughtful. I very much enjoyed the accommodations and would be happy to stay there again.
Consistently the same condition every time I stay here. Shanice is responsive and accommodating and her place is always clean. If it's available I always stay there.
This is a beautiful place to stay and Shanice really is SUPER Host and very quick to respond to any inquiry and went above the call of duty by providing us some excellent dining suggestions for someone with dietary restrictions. Thank You!
Just a little hard to locate the door every time if your not from the area, but her instructions were very clear and helpful, SUPER cute place, clean space with everything i needed, my first time using airbnb and she made my stay wonderful!
This place is consistently clean and the coffee bar is my favorite part!

Our Airbnb is centrally located in the Ednor Gardens-Lakeside neighborhood. Enjoy the perks of exploring the city of Baltimore, while being able to come back to a convenient and quiet stay at our Airbnb!
Visiting colleges? We’re only a 5-minute drive to Morgan State University, John Hopkins University, and Loyola, and 10 minutes from Notre Dame!
Two grocery stores are less than a mile from the house. (LIDL or Giant). Northwood Commons is a 4-minute drive with many food options such as Chipotle, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, IHOP, McDonald's, Quickway Hibachi, and more. Restaurants and food halls like R. House and Belvedere Square are within a quick drive. Visit our guidebook for our favorite food options!
Need something to do? Visit the Baltimore Museum of Art in less than 10 minutes. The Inner Harbor featuring the National Aquarium is about 15 minutes away. Catch a Baltimore Orioles or Ravens game in a 20-minute drive. Spend the day shopping at Towson Town Center within a 15-minute drive. Visit The Rotunda to catch a movie at the new Warehouse movie theatre or enjoy a workout class at CorePower Yoga or Club Pilates. Want to be outdoors? Take a walk or bike around Lake Montebello.
You’ll have a free reserved parking spot via our parking pad in the rear. There is also street parking available in the front of the home. The neighborhood is walkable. You can stroll to the Northwood Commons shopping center in 20 minutes. Baltimore Penn Station is a quick 10-minute drive or Uber away! We are a 30-minute drive from BWI airport! Typically, you’ll have no issue getting an Uber or Lyft within a few minutes.
There are many bus lines that run near the house that can take you from downtown to Towson and more!
