Lugar exactamente como ves en las fotos, lugar todo limpio, zona segura y muy cerca de Cayalá. Michelle súper amable, nos ayudó incluso a entrar un tiempo antes del check in.

Michelle was quick to respond. the photos must've been when new. modern & great location. upon arrival & looking closely it was VERY GRUNGY. all the cupboards & drawers were never wiped out- sediment & crumbs in all. walls all nicked up, broken hardware, horrible mattress & disgusting pillows should be thrown out. smelled of a cheap aerosol to cover up any odors. sheets had sandy grit in bed. microwave & fridge were filthy & not wiped. gross cup & soap dispenser in bathroom. not possible to lock bedroom sliding door bc aircon vent nor able to lock living room door bc broken. cheaply constructed building & poorly maintained inside. asked if we could check in one hour early. she said would be clean by 2pm. there was a woman cleaning & team of men cutting vegetation by deck & had to drag debris thru the suite for removal. shower floods hallway! no privacy on deck as what appeared in photos. very deceiving & disappointed. security guard useless -basic English should be required
