Loved the unit! We were in town to see performances at Roxy. I do wish it had been more walkable to downtown and the outside street noise was a little loud. However, we just loved the unit itself. The ground floor is super convenient! The coffee bar was a life saver! The sofa and loveseat are beautiful and so comfy! The bed? Amazing! Thank you for accommodating our us!

Very clean comfortable stay. The beds were extremely cozy. We especially liked the location which was an easy walk to Austin Peay and downtown.

Sandy's place was perfect for my family of 4. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Coffee bar was great. I recommend it.

Easy to find. Great location. Small issue trash was a little trash left in the kitchen can and by the patio. Not a deal breaker though because the place was exceptionally clean. If you are hot natured like me just know there are no ceiling fans at all and no portable fans so bring yours. If you are planning on cooking there is only the bare minimum, no cookie sheet, no drink pitcher ( I bought a gallon pitcher to make tea and left it there so you can make tea now), no dish cloths or sponges...Loved the coffee station and everuthing you need for that is there. Bed was comfy. None of the things I mentioned were deal breakers and we did not have to contact the host because our stay was so short but we have stayed at many different Airbnb and I would find all the reviews helpful to know before we go..It was nice and clean and good location..We would stay again..
