Location: Excellent, Host communication: very good, Upon arrival, Maryam advised us to contact her helper, the chap who works at/owns the supermarket downstairs. He had the key. I went upstairs and found that a door looking like it was broken into before! Both points didn't make me feel safe so I raised this with Ali, the helper, who had kindly arranged for key changes and internal lock to be fitted. Walking in, the place was clean, but we found the wardrobes full of clothing items (old and dusty). All other units were jam packed with no space for our items, even in the washing machine!! Tooth brushes and personal items were left in the bathroom. Raised the issue with Maryam, she offered to get Ali to come and remove the items and said she forgot to do this! This was going only to produce more dust and would mean another full clean would be required. WiFi wasn't working and it took 2 days to get it to work. Overall, our stay was substandard, but I believe all issues can be rectified.
