This beautiful flat located in the Carmen area of the city of Valencia has a large terrace where you can enjoy a nice sunny afternoon in the city of Valencia. It has all the comforts for a good rest, that will allow you to live a few days of charm in your holidays and its excellent location will allow you to discover each of the most touristic and emblematic corners of the city. It is a third floor without LIFT. The beach is only 20 minutes away by bus, which will allow you to have an alternative plan to enjoy a few days in the sun on its charming beaches.

Hello. The host has colleagues who worked with him who were very responsive. They did everything they could. The heat stopped working and they brought heaters. The location was great. Laundry was good. Kitchen was fine. They didn’t have a vacuum or vacuumed/cleaned before I came…but bought a vacuum for me later. The place was not cleaned before I came and the bedroom floor underneath the bed was covered in complete dust The washroom is out in the open, the sink is extremely low to bend down and sometimes the water gets stuck. It was more closed in then I thought it would be because I originally got the place because of location and the upstairs balcony. But I didn’t even use the balancing because cold at night and the TV is not a smart tv nor does it had HDMI. It is a very old dirty TV with a dirty remote and there was no smart tv downstairs either. However the space is nice there and it does have laundry and even a cooking stove which is cool for sure. Overall I’d give it a 3.9
Loved my stay at Bernd’s and would stay again. Super central, walkable distance to every place of interest, a couple hundred meters from the main road to grab a taxi, super quiet neighbourhood with peaceful nights guaranteed. Bernd and his partner were super friendly, reactive and accommodating. Not an issue for me but worth mentioning to others: the flat is on the top floor and the building doesn’t have a lift. The air con is not the most powerful but works. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Hosts were very responsive. I think this was a new rental, as they brought new patio furniture for the upstairs area during my stay. There were a couple things that needed to be addressed but they did so in a timely fashion. It is a VERY nice apartment in one of the best locations in Valencia. So many choices of places to eat, things to do and see. There's a nice supermarket close by with great prices. .47 euros for a fresh baguette! You can take the #4 metro train from the Pont de Fusta stop directly to the beach. It's super cheap and convenient. Placa de Ajuntamente is a 10 minute walk. Thanks to my hosts for a great stay!
