Spacious double bedroom with a serene view in a modern apartment. The apartment has gated parking space and is fully secured. It is situated near the M1 junction with a bus service which can take you to the city centre in 20 mins. Tesco express and Aldi are about 1 mile from the property. Meridian leisure park with Vue cinema and David Lloyd's is a 2 minute drive, and Fosse shopping park is about 5 minutes drive. This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples and working individuals. Double bedroom in a clean brand new built modern apartment with thick plush carpets in bedrooms and living room. The apartment is situated on 1st Floor and is accessed by stairs only.

离市中心有点远，比较近的超市开车需要5-10分钟，但是走路需要25分钟左右，如果希望安静的环境，这里是不错的选择，房东很nice，有一点需要注意房东是穆斯林，他们不吃猪肉无法忍受猪肉的味道，需要重点注意，总体来说，如果是临时居住，还是挺不错的

Room was nice, clean and beautiful. Just need a television and a desk / table for work. Car parking is safe here. Muhammad is a great person and super helpful.

Muhammad is a great host, Super helpful, Communicative and proactive. His house is squeaky clean and cozy. You just have to be a vegetarian or a Muslim to have full access to their kitchen.
