Single room to let in spacious three-storey, 6 bedroom Victorian townhouse. Walking distance to Douglas town centre, buses, trains and the ferry terminal. The room is comfortable and tastefully furnished. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a large lounge/diner. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a family bathroom plus a separate WC and a separate shower. Note: all bedrooms are upstairs so the house is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

I was travelling with my little dog and felt very welcomed by Naomi. I was comfortable, 'at home', and felt safe. Short walk to shops and Douglas shopping. Happy to rest and have a good nights sleep!

The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac which is within easy walking distance of Douglas town centre and the ferry terminal. M&S Food, Co-op and Spar are all in the town centre, with Tesco a little further on. There is an Oriental corner shop, a fast-food takeaway and an Indian restaurant at the end of the road, and other takeaways, restaurants and bars nearby and in the town centre.
Villa Marina and the Gaiety Theatre are both 5 minutes walk away, and the bus stop is even closer. There is an Isle of Man Trike Tours company on Castle Mona Avenue, which offers a great way to explore the island in open-air comfort.
The beach is a couple of minutes' walk away.
