Kay’s place is a beautiful home in Lynn Haven, it’s clean, well furnished, fresh updated amenities and great location! It’s about 20 minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes from the Beach. There’s multiple parks for kids to play at, a boat ramp with a beach close by, close to grocery stores and restaurants. I highly recommend Kay’s place if you plan on staying in Lynn Haven! I’ll be back for sure! Thanks Kay!

First off we WILL be staying again and again! So many amenities, bath bombs, snacks on arrival, waters, coffee, first aid kit( we had to use upon arrival because of a trip outside ) soap, laundry soaps…. I just can’t name it all! We enjoyed the yard games and fire pit. Great location! I love the simplicity of the house and greenery. We will definitely be looking to stay here again! We had an issue with the AC and Kay addressed it promptly! We walked (7 minutes) to the park. There was even an ice cream truck at the park! People in the neighborhood were very friendly. Definitely a great neighborhood for the family! If you are looking for a great place to relax and enjoy life… Kay has it right here!! The only thing you need to bring is your clothes! Thank you Kay for allowing us to stay in your home! We look forward to coming back!

I brought my mother down for her birthday and she wanted a peaceful and quiet vacation. Kay made that possible. The location was 3 minutes from some of our family . When we pulled up her eyes were wide open lol . She loved the home especially the fact that she could go sit in a beautiful backyard. She said the house is beautiful and no complaints. Thank you Kay for helping me make my mother’s 75th Birthday special!

The first thing I must say is DETAILS, the attention that was paid to the small things were incredible. The response time when I had a question was top notch .I felt warm ,welcomed and at home from the time I entered the home. I will be returning in October my parents live 10 minutes away. They also are looking forward to the amazing back patio and yard .Kay's place is definitely a 10....10....10 .....
