You and your family will stay in this relaxed apartment located in the center of the city with great ocean front view and a rooftop pool. The location is convenient for daily life, easy access to various type of restaurants, the commercial area, cinta costera and casco viejo. It is also ideal for people who work remotely. It is a two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with WIFI, Netflix, laundry, dryer, kitchen facilities etc. The building is located in a friendly and safe neighborhood, has a beautiful roof top social area, including a pool, game room, gym, and a sauna.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week. The apartment is nice with beautiful views. We felt very safe here. The security guards were all very nice. This was the best location of you want to be near good food and all of the attractions. We took Uber everywhere we wanted to go. It was very cheap to travel. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Everything you could need right in the middle of everything. Ubers to get anywhere $5 market, coffee, pizza, french bakery all within less than a miles walk. Would totally stay again. The pool was great and the kitchen is fully stocked

Comfortable apartment with beautiful view of the ocean from ALL windows. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Centrally located. The pool on the roof was superb.

Next to the building is the Balboa Boutiques plaza, where you can find cafeterias, mini supermarket, laundry services and various restaurants.
It is also a good option to walk or jog along the Cinta Costera. At the end of the Cinta Costera, you will find a fish market and Casco Viejo (4km away)

The building is located in the Marbella area, which is relatively safe and you can find almost everything within walking distance. It is also quite common to use Uber, inDrive or DiDi to go out.
