Place was exactly as described. Host communicative, friendly and responsive. Overall clean, carpet did have a smell and sofa had minor stains. Second room was very cold - heat doesn't transfer there well if the door is closed. Would recommend host pull the carpets out, and put easily washable rugs in the bathroom instead of the heavy rugs that are there, so doesn't leave anything to be desired between cleanings. Also maybe use unscented detergent - the scent from the detergent were overwhelming in the sheets / pillow cases.
