This modern and cozy lake house sits atop a hill, offering breathtaking views of the serene waters of Bear Lake. The master suite is a true oasis with a private balcony with a hot tub that offers stunning lake views. The lower level of the home is dedicated to kids and family fun complete with games & activities! We are only a 2-minute drive or short walk to the marina, beach, grocery store, and restaurants! You also have access to the clubhouse & the pool. 14 min to skiing, snowmobiling!

Está propiedad es de esas joyas que uno encuentra pocas veces en la vida, el lugar es exactamente lo que ves en las fotos. Muy limpio y agradable. Aunque estuvimos en la casa durante temporada baja, junto a mi familia no nos aburrimos. El lugar está lleno de posibilidades para explorar y calmado.

Incredible Bear Lake Views! So many amazing windows. Feels brand new. Loved the classic Bear Lake pictures and decor. Hot tub is amazing as you soak and take in the Lake. Great beds and furniture. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed!

Lochwood is a community right in between the marina and the heart of town! You are a short walk to the grocery store, marina, restaurants, bike path, and all of the fun activities that Bear Lake has to offer!
You have access to the playground, pool, and clubhouse inside of the community as well for endless activities and fun for families.

出行信息

You are a very short walk from the bike/walking path that leads into town and over to the marina! You can rent bikes at Firefly Power Bike Rentals, Bike Barn, or Epic Adventures! The house allows for 3 parking spots. Two in the driveway and one designated gravel area just off of the driveway.
For boat parking or additional parking, there is a lot that is available to guests that is located behind the dumpsters. You can see this area from the house!
