Katherine was extremely helpful before even my stay at her place. She helped to get a rental car during my stay, one less thing to worry about. She also suggested I get the offline map which was really helpful. Her place was newly renovated with everything you need. The place was really big, the kitchen had everything you would need and the bathroom was clean. There was a swimming pool and places to relax. The rooms are very quiet and having a gate made our stay even safer. Katherine was very responsive and nice about all the questions I had. We really loved her place. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Kathrine was a very great host. Her manager Mateo was also very responsive and polite and respectful. This was the second time Kathrine was our host and we enjoyed both places termensly. We would definitely recommend to stay at either place.

We stayed for 6 nights at this wonderful private oasis. The pros: Off the beaten path in a quiet lovely neighborhood yet just minutes away from Arashi Beach as well as the Lighthouse and a few smaller beaches. A less than 10minute drive will take you to the SuperfoodStore as well as Palm and Eagle beaches and all the shops and restaurants. Katherine was sweet and very responsive when messaged. The bed….massive California King was comfortable. Bedroom had plenty of clothing storage Kitchen nicely equipped for a short stay for two. The beach chairs were invaluable for the day at the beach as were the two beach towels. The cons: honestly I can’t think of any. Just a personal preference. We loved being by the pool for fresh Caribbean air and sunshine unfortunately we could not enjoy that due to others smoking cigarettes and pot. It Just spoiled the atmosphere and fresh air. Again that has no reflection on the host. Something she has no control over. Overall a wonderful time.

Wonder place . As described in listing. Spotless . 2 -5 minutes to beaches by car . Would definitely recommend and rent again. As a matter of fact looking to do so for possibly a month
