My family and I have vacationed in Emerald Isle every summer for ~20 years and Nancy’s house was by far the most clean, modern, private, well-designed, accommodating, beautiful home we have ever rented. It might not be right on the beach, but the tranquil privacy that the screened porch, pool terrace, outdoor shower, deck, and wicker swing provided more than made up for it. The interior was gorgeously decorated and had everything we needed for a week long stay of cooking in. We found ourselves biking into town and down Ocean Drive every morning because everything is so accessible from this location!! This was one of the best houses we have ever rented and one of our favorite weeks in EI because of it. We hope to stay again soon!! Do yourself a favor and book this one already.

The house is tastefully decorated and comfy. Within walking distance of food, coffee, donuts, and shopping. Great location.

We’ve rented many houses in Emerald Isle through the years and this home was by far our favorite. More than a traditional beach house, this felt like a home at the beach thanks to the amenities, decorating and thoughtful appointments throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils for us to cook all week. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Outside, the pool and deck are very private and a perfect place to relax. The half bath and fridge connected directly to the pool deck are so convenient. It’s so nice not to have to trek inside the house. The outdoor shower is large and conveniently connected to the pool and master bedroom by a walkway. The beach is a short walk away. Sometimes we rode our rental bikes, sometimes we walked… either way you’re on the sand in a fewer than ten minutes. Nancy was fantastic from the start. We made it through the week with no questions or concerns, largely due to her proactive communication. We’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely home in Emerald Isle! The home is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home! We spent hours in the screened-in porch and in the pool. It's an easy walk to the beach. We made wonderful memories and hope to return next summer!
