a comfortable place to stay and a beautiful area..but there is a little problem with the access card and wifi

Honest Review: the stay was very nice. the room is clean and they had many amenities. the check-in wasn't smooth. we were checking in late but the staff did not leave our keys in the locker as they were supposed to and we waited for a long time outside their office late at night. Their communication was slow as well. However, the owner was nice. He came down and opened the office to pass us our keys. I really appreciated that. On our check out day, we accidentally locked ourself out of the room. Communicating and getting back in the room was difficult. they were no extra keys or digital lock. After a long time, they sent a mechanic to open the door. For check-out they were supposed pick up our keys at a certain time. They were late, which also made our other schedules late. The stay was good, but I wished there was better customer service and communication.
