This amazing villa is located in the most strategic area of the north-sardinia. From here you will be able to reach all island like Corsica, Maddalena or Caprera in a very short time. The Villa has an amazing sea-view and it's very peacefull and spacious, perfect for a family or a group of friends. You have a very large pation where you can eat or chill and very large bathrooms and bedrooom. Casa piena di comfort Anche fuori stagione il clima era perfetto, merito anche della location che ha una vista stupenda. Casa e giardino incantevoli. Ci tornerò di sicuro !

Uno degli alloggi più belli della zona!! Sono stata benissimo e Fabio è stato super gentile ed attento. Non è mancato nulla.. Spiaggia attrezzata raggiungibile anche a piedi..Zona comoda per raggiungere in poco tempo anche Santa Teresa di Gallura in macchina! Casa e vista stupenda!! Super consigliato!!

Villa Erica is set on the sea near Santa Teresa Gallura, a well-known tourist destination in Gallura in the North of Sardinia, looking out over the La Maddalena and Corsica archipelagos and the Straits of Bonifacio International Marine Park.
The uninhabited island of Spargi is right in front while the islands of Budelli, Razzoli and Santa Maria are just behind.
The limestone cliffs of Bonifacio and the islands of Lavezzi and Cavallo are a little further beyond and are easy to reach on one of the many excursions that leave directly from one of the many touristic boat trip of the area.

If you love sea-sports, porto pollo/isola dei gabbiani is around about 10 minutes driving from the villa
