Hellllooooo guests! If you are reading this-it means you clicked on one of my homes!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out one of my 3 listings!!! I've been in this industry for 10 years-and can confidently say I have a passion for real estate. I'm a product of my product-not only do I buy and sell homes for my clients, I'm an investor myself. I have flipped homes, I have long term rentals and started to pick up a few Air BNBs as a "hobby". Although I do not actually pick up a hammer (well...sometimes I do :) and flip these homes myself, I am very involved in the whole process. I am at the job site almost everyday overseeing the work-I collaborate with my team on design and do my very best to deliver a home that others can enjoy. I'm a die hard Washington State University (WSU) grad, shout out to my fellow Cougs!!! Although I do love my pets, I ask that you do not have any over. There is one listing that I have negotiated the "no pet policy" however it's ONLY if I approve it. I ask that you and your guests respect my home, no smoking, no pets and no parties please.
