First of all: unbelievable, million dollar views. The ocean is your backyard at this house - watching for sea creatures, listening to the waves crash and getting up close and personal with surfers and snorkelers. Wow. Our group of 6 (two couples (one with a baby) and a solo guest) had very private sleeping areas in the house - the upstairs is very private (with a BEAUTIFUL deck and view), and the den/TV room was setup as a bed for the solo person, which was great. The kitchen had a smell from behind the fridge, which opening all of the doors helped, but it was not great. The house has great dining, entertaining spaces - and we did a lot of cooking. There are a lot of things that just don't work perfectly, or are a little broken, but if you are not too picky - it's no big deal. Baby Beach is very close (2 houses away on the road), it looks like you can get to it from the sea wall stairs, but they are washed out. Overall a great outdoor space, but property was lacking for the price.
