The apartment was tidy and reasonably priced, but there was a lingering cigarette smell. The aircon in the room was warm even at 17 degrees, and we needed to turn on the living room aircon to allow cool air into the bedroom. The carpark is at level 6A, unlike other units where we stayed at lower floors which carpark is at basement. Host is very responsive and clear check-in instruction was given. Apartment can be improved though.

Very very near to Midvalley, Southkey. Love the idea of the rotating tv from living room to the room. The place is great for couples. For families wise, i wouldnt recommend as the toilet is not private.

You're quite safe in terms of cleanliness with Nest Home as hosts. I've done quite a number, 5 or 6 maybe, of Southkey Mosaic units.. mostly with Nest Home. They're probably the cleaner ones as hosts.. The condition of the unit varies between each unit.. but that is a separate issue from cleaning services. This particular unit can do with some small touch ups (cosmetic mainly) but even without, it's very habitable. Owner might want to consider putting a towel drying rack for us to hang used towels to dry...
