abbey was absolutely fabulous from start to finish, great communication, very friendly and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble! the location was perfect for me and my kids, the caravan was lovely and clean, all and all a great weekend away!

We have been to Burnham on Sea quite a lot over the years but not in a caravan. The Haven Site is huge and well run there is everything you need on the site. Access to beach and good security also key feature. Abbey was pefect host with good communication throughtout. Did not have to walk too far to caravan as we had elderly Mother who could not walk far. It is a good idea to inquire a obout disabled parking spaces as they seem to be assigned to certain caravans only. So we had to park where we had space to get Mom in and out of car cut was not issue at this time of year.
