Check in time is at 4 and checkout time at 9 am. Very inconvenient especially with a large group. They weren’t considering even an hour late checkout.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Good common areas and views from atop. The home and components of it need a tremendous amount of maintenance. The entire exterior has wood rot and needs painting. The pool area was filthy when we arrived. The house has a very musty smell that made several of us feel unwell. The doors did not lock properly, Internet did not work. Front door lock code did not work. great fireplace but no wood to burn. One roll of TP per bathroom, 1 trash bag for kitchen, 1 roll of paper towels. 1 dish washing pod etc. BRING EXTRAS. Well stocked kitchen however for cooking and plenty of cutlery, serving and cooking pieces. Golf cart and bike on property but you have to call another party to rent them. Rental company WAS very responsive to the calls we made.

Beautiful, clean & great location. Spend a great time along with my family. The only part that sucks is that there is no wifi provided & I wasn’t getting any signal. Other than that it was great.
