Spacious home sits directly on crystal clear water, sandy bottom Pretty Lake. The shallow swimming area perfect for children and floating. The “boat house” is the central location for fun w/ drink fridge, ring toss game, seating area and full bathroom so you never have to leave the water’s edge. Enjoy a lakeside fire in the fire pit or take in the view from the rocking chairs on the 2nd story deck. 10 mph rule on lake. Quiet community not conducive for rowdy groups. Come ready for memory making! Three bedrooms upstairs. Primary bedroom has king bed and full bathroom with dual head walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are upstairs joined by a full Jack & Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. Laundry room is also upstairs and has front loading washer and dryer. Main floor has kitchen, living room w/ large picture window & TV, dining room, half bath, and a would-be office turned hangout space with couch, TV, Nintendo and stored air mattress. Second story deck is located off the kitchen and has blackstone griddle and rocking chairs. Basement has one bedroom with a twin bunk bed & trundle bed. There’s another queen bed bunk room (4 beds) with a door for privacy and an additional queen bed bunk area (4 beds) without a door. Total of 11 beds in basement. There’s a hangout space with futon, chairs and TV plus a kid’s playhouse nook and full bathroom with shower/tub combo. There are a lot of steps to get down to the water but once there the boat house has seating, ceiling fans, full bathroom, drink fridge, electrical outlets, counters, ice maker, and everything you need to spend the full day by the water. Corn hole, ring toss and giant Jenga are in the boat house along with a tandem paddle kayak, 2 single kayaks, paddle board and floats for the water.

We held a small family reunion at the lake house. It's truly a beautiful home, with a ton of amenities and personal touches. It's a quiet lake setting had plenty of things to keep us occupied at the lake and inside. It's truly a gem with a lovely view of Pretty Lake. I would add that if you're looking for a weekend with a bunch of friends to party at, this ain't it. The lake itself is pretty quiet and serene. It's a great getaway for a family. Lauren was great to work with as well.
My family and friends (6 adults and 6 kids) stayed here for a weekend. It was a fantastic experience. The place was very clean and modern and the private dock/beach access really made our weekend! The main house and beach house were stocked with useful items (floatties/kayaks, fully fitted kitchen, toilet paper, towels, etc). There isn’t much to do in the area but we were really just looking for a great property to spend time at for the weekend so it worked out well!
Thank you sooo much!! This weekend is certainly one of our favorite vacations!! Lauren did not skimp on ANYTHING!! Top of the line pots and pans all the way to the never ending water toys that were available to all of us. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of sleeping space. this place was the most stocked of appliances, dishes, utensils, everything. I hope we will be able to stay another time. I also hope everyone that rents this place, takes as good of care of it as if it were their own home. It was just beautiful, and the water was nice and shallow. We had 7 adults, and 4 little ones, 1, 3, 4 and 8 years old. Thank you soooo much for the amazing memories!!
We had a Family Girls' Trip, and everybody loved the house and the beautiful lake! I would highly recommend this place to friends and families that want a place to relax, play and get away from it all. Lauren was a fantastic hostess and was always responsive and super helpful!

The empty lot across the street belongs to the owner and is great for parking. Kids love it for kickball games!
