We had an excellent holiday at Josko's place. He is super prompt with any query you have and always happy to help. The property is in an excellent location, close to the beach and other key locations. Would highly recommend this property.

Joško var en superbra host, alltid snabb på att svara och var väldigt tillmötesgående. Han var alltid redo att lösa ett problem om det uppstod och besvarade alla möjliga frågor vi hade väldigt väl. Boendet låg väl placerat för vår smak, gångavstånd till både strand och stadsliv, vilket var ett stort plus. Fin och fräsch lägenhet och mysig uteplats där vi åt frukost de flesta dagar. Grannskapet var väldigt lugnt och mysigt och de närmsta grannarna i huset var väldigt trevliga de också. Rekommenderar definitivt Joško som värd och även detta boendet om ni är sugna på att uppleva Split.

Excellent Air conditioning and very secure and safe apartment with a small garden too. Nice v clean bathroom and kitchen complete with large fridge freezer and kitchen/ bathroom cleaning products - unfortunately, limited workspace to prepare food; nowhere for the microwave to be used and no microwave plate :-( Comfy beds. Close to bacvice beach / bars and close to Supermarket. 15-20 min walk into old town by the coast path. This is a basement flat which can only be accessed by climbing a flight of stairs to then go back down again from the entrance lobby. So, could be a challenge if you have mobility issues / small children. We also noticed that there are often a lot of ants in the kitchen and bedroom. Be aware that the apartment is as seen in the photos, there is no sofa/living area apart from dining table in kitchen space (and no window in kitchen space). Very well hosted - rapid response before and during stay (thank you Josko!) and issues remedied quickly.
