We had an amazing 3-night stay here. The place is as you see in the photos, complete with cooking utensils and appliances. The internet is fast, we (two people) worked during our stay and we didn't encounter any wifi issues. The TV is huge, we enjoyed watching movies there. The condo area is easy to find, we use taxi as transport and the drivers know exactly where it is. SM Ecoland is just a few mins away via taxi (about 60-70php fare). There are lounge chairs in the lobby, there are guards as well. Some notes: - The condo is not walkable, there's no nearby convenience store or shops that you can walk to/from. Best if you have a car. If not, taxi/grab can do. - Food deliveries are a struggle. You need to go down into the lobby to receive it, and it's a bit far because the unit is on 21st floor on the farthest building. Overall, we're very happy during our stay. This place made my first time in Davao pleasant. I highly recommend this listing and I'm looking forward to be back here.

The hosts provided lots of instructions and met on arrival to help with check-in. The unit matched the description and was a nice place to stay.

Had a comfortable and great stay. The neighbourhood is superb with lots of activities to do. Communication was easy and prompt. I recommend this place for those who would like to stay in davao. :)
