Apartment well located off music square, near sea front, plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Nice roof top space but weather was very overcast during stay so windy and cold when sun not shining. Not really any sheltered areas. Positives: Apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedding was good, extra pillows provided on request, towels changed as often as required. Plenty of hand soap, shower gel and toilet rolls provided. Fans in room. Easy access to building. Negatives: showers lots of black mould that I could easily scrape with my finger nail so deep clean needed and a bit of bleach wouldn’t go amiss. Hooks needed in bathrooms for towels,robes. More coat hangers needed in wardrobes Could also do with a set of drawers in each bedroom. Bedside tales too small so nowhere to place items such as perfumes, hairbrushes etc We experienced cockroaches on 5 of the 7 days, were told this was due to building being fumigated and them coming out to die. Maybe we were unlucky!

Apartment just 5 mins from centre, so very easy access to all bars and restaurants. Also, just walk one block away from the centre, and you get all the authentic locals cafes, tapas, and restaurants. So, for the urban experience, its a great spot. Also, access to the apartment is via card, so very easy. I was aware the apartment did not have aircon, so had to rely on the bedroom ceiling fans to cool down - but they are a combined light and fan unit - so you turn off the light and the fan stops !! The week we were there, it was about 18-20 deg at night - so just bearable. You can open the windows, but there is street noise, so I was woken up. But given the central location, I would stay there again.
