There are three spacious sitting areas all equipped with smart tv’s. You have a spacious kitchen stocked with essentials to prepare meals. There are a few extra appliances provided to add to the comfort and convenience of your stay. There is a spacious dining area that seats six, along with two bar areas with seating. You have four bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom, two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with three queen beds in this room….THIS ROOM IS HUGE!!! All four bedrooms have smart tv’s. Along with the bedrooms there is a total of three full bathrooms. In addition to all the rooms in the house, there is a game room with arcade games to keep the kids and adults occupied and entertained, because adults love games too. Be advised, that those arcade games are costly and if damaged you are responsible for the total cost of the game. There is a large front and back yard for you and your family to enjoy along with seating, grill, and firepit located in the fenced backyard. Also parking space is very accommodating, giving you the ability to park at least five cars. There is absolutely no parking on the grass. Also, there is a dirt road located on the side of the residence, please do not block or park on that road because that is the entrance and exit to another residence. You are permitted to smoke IN THE BACKYARD ONLY and all doors to the house must be closed. Please discard all cigarette buds. If any buds are found on the ground or evidence of any spoking in the house, you will be charged an additional $150 fee. There are absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. No parties, events, or larger gatherings are allowed at the residence. There are cameras located on the outside of the front and back of the property. There will be a housing manual provided at the home with important information to assist you with your stay at The Peacock Place on Pineview.
