Overall the stay was worth what you pay for and I would rate it a 3.5. Manny was very responsive and waited for us on check in day when we arrived late. He also let us stay a little bit past check out while we finished sorting our stuff. We really appreciated the good communication. The room was good and had enough space for 3 people, accurate to the description, and the house being 300 years was cool. The location was convenient as it was close to many buses and a train station. This was the best affordable option for visiting London on a budget. However, the bathroom is shared with other people so it was quite dirty. The sink and kitchen sink looked dirty and the shower had other people’s hair with a not so clean floor. I understand this is hard for the host to control as it’s the doing of other guests, but I am rating our personal experience. Again, you get what you pay for and this was worth the price, just keep the bathroom into account if that is something you look out for.

I had a great stay here. Firstly, Manny is very welcoming/accommodating. Secondly, his place is great. It's well equipped, clean and comfortable. The bed in particular is very comfortable, I had a great sleep :)
