The house is at the edge of the town centre close to everything you'll need: shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, marinas, beach, ferry terminals, bus stop, E bike and scooter rental.
There is also a small newsagents 30 seconds walk away.
Shepards Warf is the closest marina within 5 mins walk away.
The front of the detached property is facing Arctic Park with nice trees and is therefore not overlooked by opposing properties.
The rear of the property has a private deck with side access and the neighbouring houses and gardens are attractive and well kept.

Walking into Cowes town centre, with bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops, is an easy 5min stroll. Red Jet Terminal is 7 minutes walk and the esplanade is 15mins away.
There are three public on-road parking spaces directly in front of Bamboo House and many other nearby roads also with free on road parking. The closer to Cowes centre you go the more the parking is restricted and/or payable.
Directly opposite Bamboo House is Arctic Park where you can hire Beryl bikes and E scooters. There is also a Bus stop next to the park on Newport road and usually a bus every 15mins during the day for a fixed £2 fare.
There is a flat cycle track starting from the south end of Arctic Road heading south along the river towards Newport and beyond. Only available for bikes and E bikes (E scooters are not currently permitted).
