We were very impressed with this property. Well resourced, conveniently located and a very responsive host. If we return to Southampton we will definitely stay again

Number one Pro was the responsiveness of the host and the welcome basket was awesome! The pictures were misleading on bed sizes. The listing should indicate clearly all beds were singles except for one double also clarifying only one shower/bath would have been helpful to know. Not enough toilet paper for a large group. Hand towels for bathrooms were not provided and beds were low quality.

Convenient location, welcome gift and large garden. However, the photos of the house on Airbnb are misleading and the property was not clean and in a poor state of repair in parts, with damaged chairs, stained towels and peeling flooring. We found a vape in the bathroom and there were weedkiller bottles in the garden - not ideal for young children. It was certainly not the level we would expect for the amount of money we were paying. The double bed is very small and would be a squeeze for two adults. The host also requested a £100 bank transfer in advance for a damage deposit - this is not made clear in the property listing and is against the Airbnb rules. Due to these issues our break was much less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The place is nice. The host asked for a bank transfer of damage deposit before sending me the check in information. We didn't pay to get the check in details though

Used Ash's place as an overnight stay for a mate's birthday. It was clean, spacious and accommodating. He even put a banner up to say 'lets celebrate' and left an Easter egg. Would recommend for family stay or group to stay.
