Last minute booking. Fiona is very responsive and accommodating. We checked in at about 12am , and the QR access code was generated ! Everything is good. there's 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with attached toilet - 1 Queen Size Bed + 1 Single Bed Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Size Bed + 1 Single Bed Small Bedroom - 1 Queen Size Bed There's also 2 extra single mattress thats available for you to put in the living room if you need to accommodate more people. Cons : Lift - THIS IS AN ISSUE, although fiona's fault.. But its really taking sooo long. There's 4 lift, but only 2 available during my visit. Its taking way too long, 15mins wait is no exaggerated . As it serve the whole block of 35 level, during our check out, both lift were fully occupied so the wait were even longer and its quite stuffy at the lift lobby.. Parking - As we have 2 cars, and only 1 designated parking available. My 2nd car got to park at visitor lots , which is very limited. But overall stay was good and comfy !

The apartment offers great views of the Austin Golf Course. It is well ventilated and comfortable. Furniture and linen are great. The stress was that no specific check-in instructions are given. I had to ask for it, despite the web instruction that it would be given 24 hours before occupation. I didn't even have details of the specific address (apartment number) of the apartment. Upon asking, I was told that the invitation to be shown to the security would be given only 1 hour before scheduled occupation. As I was traveling, I had to make with a last minute change in obtaining a data roaming plan, just in case. Luckily, Fiona relented and provided the information just 2 hours before my departure from Singapore. Also, although the apartment was to have been ready for occupation at 3 pm, I arrived 30 minutes before, and was informed that the apartment has yet to be cleaned. Only shortly after 3 pm did the cleaner arrive. I had to find an alternative to while away an hour and a half.

Facilities under maintenance and slow lift. High security which is good and bad as it was difficult to enter/exit by car as we are not residents, will need to show pass/ QR code which refreshes daily.

Pros: I did a very last-minute booking with Fiona and she helped to prepare the apartment right away for me to check in. Apartment was clean and cosy, they even have playing cards and TV games provided. Recommend this place for families or with friends. Cons: Had some issues with the Security guard as they couldn't really understand or speak English. So, when we were trying to show them the QR code to enter, they didn't really wanna accept it and let us in.
