Ons verblijf in Crosshaven was fantastisch.
What a great location! 2 minute walk to incredible views of the mouth of the Harbour and the sea. You can imagine seeing the Titanic sailing out of sight all those years ago. The walk along the cliff trail was really great. You can also walk to the ruins of a church dating to the 1700's along a well maintained community trail. Friendly sheep keep the grass down at the ruins. Walk to Crosshaven was just a few minutes along country road. Nice little village with a few restaurants and services. Classic Irish pub with friendly Barman. The place was fully equipped and very clean. Close to the city but felt very rural and that was what we were looking for.
Emma was a lovely friendly host. Emma had left items such as milk, orange juice and bread for us which was great after a long drive. I would recommend this property to others without hesitation.
The location and premises were exactly what we wanted. Emma is a very friendly host and I get the impression that nothing is too much of a problem for her. Thank you Emma.
We spent Christmas at Emma's place and she made sure that we would still feel the spirit! She took the trouble to put up a Christmas tree and decorate the place. She furthermore left us mince pies and wine under the tree! This shows that she is a generous host, both she and her husband are very friendly.
