Very responsive hosts. They made sure our stay was comfortable, and even went beyond with their help by shipping us a return package since we forgot some items at the house when we left. They made us feel comfortable and supportive throughout our stay.

The host requires you to remove your shoes. This prompted us discovering dog hair everywhere because it covered our socks. I had to wipe down the coffee table and pick the hair off the couch. We sat on the rug in the living room only to discover the dog hair on our pants. You are required to throw the trash, do the dishes and put them a way, strip the beds and toss the linens. Basically you clean the house, so WHY do they require a cleaning fee when clearly they don't bother to mop or vacuum the house floors. I feel like we should have received our cleaning fee back. Would not rent again.

What a gem in Parma Heights! My sons and I decided to stay near the rink due to bad weather during a recent hockey tournament. This place was perfect. Clean and modern interior, all the amenities you could want, super cozy! The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. The floors were warm (I think from radiant heating) and it was incredibly comfy and cozy! We’d definitely stay here again. So much better than a loud and noisy hotel! We also enjoyed the old school Nintendo and convenient WiFi access. Super close to stores and restaurants, very convenient! Hosts had great communication and made everything easy.

A great home to stay in for visiting family in the Cleveland area. Centrally located, quiet walkable neighborhood for our dog. Cute, clean house. Hosts very helpful. We will go back!
