Everything was fine other than the AC which clearly doesn’t work!

It is a Great Property to Stay, The surroundings are beautiful and the location is also great. Lock box checkin was 👍 Great. Just the property needs a little bit more maintenance and cleaning. Extra Kitchen amenities would have been great. I found the washroom a little dirty there was a used razor found in the washroom, with no dust bin in the washroom, No soap shampoo was available. There was One Towel for two customers, that was also not Good. used Plates in the kitchen were placed on the dustbin and were not clean from days and were stinky. The balcony was also not cleaned properly. The things that I loved about this property were the easy checkin experience and the locality of this property.

Simple one room kitchen studio apartment, quite neat, requires some maintenance. There is a power cutoff issue, ( a security feature where it gets cut off if more than 1 heavy appliance works simultaneously) even though you might be running just one heavy appliance Pranav was responsive in resolving the situation. It was pleasant overall. The check in is smooth, and the compound has 24/7 general store, good restaurants and good views. The room interior is done decently and feels breathable. A just sub 2000₹ price bracket will make it a value for money recommendation.

It was great experience over all but i have faced some issues like ac was cooling and induction machine was not working after complaining he changed the machine instantly i have extended my stay its worth for money but some little issue faced later all got sorted I will recommend you to stay here
