House Nicasia was a gorgeous house in a beautiful remote setting, where the attention to detail on all aspects of the house and grounds was clear to see. A lot of effort has been put into making sure that your stay is really enjoyable, where nothing is too much trouble when liaising with the hosts. It is very rare to find a house that you would happily live in forever, with all your needs catered for, ranging from lovely kitchen, barbecue area, comfy beds, tastefully decorated, many balcanies and seating areas to suit all moods from catching sun, board gaming, to reading in peace. The pool and facilities around the pool were amazing with showers, fridge, coffee station, toilet and plenty of seating; for a great afternoon at the pool. With no heating in the pool, it would take a brave person to go for a dip outside of the Summer months though. If you want to come on holiday with your family and chill in a beautiful house in a beautiful setting then look no further and book this villa

We would like to thank the host and the owner of the house for making such a lovely stay for our first trip to Sicily. The villa was truly amazing. The attention to details, the build quality was superb. Everything matched as it was in pictures. The location of the villa was also very good. The villa is located on a hill and you get an excellent view around the. country and the air quality is so much better than it would be in a city. There is a shop near by 5 min with a car, you can get there all you need. Once you get used to the Sicilian roads you can get very fast to the main beautiful cities like Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa, Noto and many more. In conclusion one of the best villas to visit the south of Sicily. Very spacious and family friendly.

Our stay was AMAZING! Communication was amazing. Carmelo was the most helpful host we have ever had. When we got to the villa we had the warmest welcome. After a long and delayed flight Carmelo was there greeting us with a big smile and such a cute welcome gift. Everything was so tidy and clean I think we have not seen a place that clean. There were all the amenities you could wish for. Every small detail of the place inside and outside was obviously handpicked with so much style and love. We loved the kitchen. There was everything you would need for cooking. Villa was spacious and very well organized. The view was just breathtaking. We loved tanning and swimming in the pool with some music for background. They had so many positively surprising details that they had thought of. The location was also very good. There was a small store nearby and we could make many day trips. We highly recommend Giovanna and Carmelo as hosts! Thank you some much for putting all your heart in this place!

in one word: Wow! The place is absolutely amazing. the pictures don't do justice with the actual villa. Our host, Carmelo, was super friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any question that we had. I would definitely come back again and I strongly recommended this beautiful villa in the heart of Sicily. thank you Giovanna and Carmelo!
