Our family of 3 (two adults, one child) enjoyed our stay. The home was modern, stylish, and clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub right off the front porch. The lodge was private and peaceful. The washer and dryer were convenient. Huge closet space. There were many pillows and some larger pillows, which was lovely. It was a nice home to come back to after spending the days traveling around Texas Hill Country. Host was helpful! Some notes: The pool was very cold in early April. The fridge/freezer was absolutely bare (but clean). There were minimal pantry items. Bring your own plastic wrap/aluminum foil/plastic bags. No toaster. Bring your own pool/hot tub towels. It appeared that the only outlet next to a mirror was in the kitchen. Brookshire Brothers grocery store was a very convenient 10 minutes away. We recommend arriving at the lodge before dark, because there are no streetlights and it was hard to navigate.

We had an awesome stay! The houses interior design was beautiful and everything was clean. The only problems we had were figuring out the jacuzzi, since we weren’t able to get it warm. Also although it’s pretty private, we didn’t except to be sharing such close proximity with other guests. Still, it was such a beautiful place to stay.

Waterlust was a beautiful property. We got to relax out by the community pool, chill in the hot tub, and have Family Movie night for a weekend getaway. The nearest grocery store was Brookshire Brothers (great selections). The Home was perfect in size for our Family of 4. Great Furniture Selections. Clean and modern Feeling that made for a relaxing weekend.
