First I would like to say that Daugherty Management was wonderful to work with - we had to change locations due to an unexpected issue last minute and they worked very hard on our behalf to make things right for us - and were so helpful in the matter. This location was perfect for my event - and just lovely. Everything was absolutley wonderful - I could go through it all - but if you were to ask if anything was lacking the answer would be no. An exceptional place to stay either winter or summer (or any time in between). HIGHLY recommend if you are considering a stay in Sandpoint. Daugherty Management was a pleasure to work with - responsive, kind and thoughtful. I will not hesitate to work with them and rent from them again. THANK YOU!

Seasons at Sandpoint is a great location. The unit is beautiful, tastefully furnished with a beautiful view of the lake. Good communication from property management. There was no train noise or shaking in this unit. Overall great experience and would rent from this management company again in the future, but a few cons, as below. Cons: -King/master bed mattress was saggy and uncomfortable. -Painting project outside the building with a noisy crane and blocking the view from the lake for several days of our stay (not the fault of the management company but did affect our stay) -There were sharp carpet tacks sticking up in some doorways and a few of us stepped on them, we ended up putting books on the floor in those areas to remind us not to step there.
