This chic 4 bed/3.5 bath comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults plus 2 children and is perfect for your family beach getaway. Enjoy the sugary white sands and the glassy turquoise waters of the Gulf. Fish, swim, paddleboard, or just grab some rays on one of the least crowded beach areas in the panhandle as you enjoy your time away from it all! Such a great townhouse to enjoy the Gulf Coast and all the treasures it has to offer. A comfortable patio and private veranda provide an excellent viewing and gathering space to enjoy your time while also soaking in some sun and watching the emerald waters. A convenient and easy to navigate Trex beach walk provides an easy to navigate path straight to the beach with all of your gear! After a long day in the sun, spend time with your family/friends watching a movie, cooking your favorite recipes, or enjoying the huge soaking tub in the master bathroom. We purchased this townhouse in 2023 and have put a lot of love and care into updates and upgrades including painting, flooring, brand new furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies, appliances, and more! Our goal has been to create a chic yet warm and inviting beach experience for our guests with thoughtful touches such as USB charging on every nightstand, an 85" TV in the living room for awesome movie nights or enjoying your favorite sports team, smart TV's in each bedroom, and supplying beach items such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and children's sand toys. We have also just begun providing 2 BOTE stand up paddleboards (SUPs) available for guests use after signing a separate use agreement. We do also provide all linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion, along with laundry and dishwashing pods. We ask that our patrons treat our home with care and we do not allow parties. All guests are required to be over the age of 24 with the exception of course of supervised children/family of adult renters.
