Walking distance from all of Waxhaw's finest attractions. Dining, coffee shops, bakeries, shopping, antique shops, and so much more. Quiet neighborhood. Not many neighbors. This property sits right behind a protected wetland reserve which serves as a ecosystem/home to many birds and other wildlife. To enjoy a peaceful morning on the patio and hear the bird song is a treat. With 2 primary bedrooms, it'll be easier to choose rooms. Upstairs there is a finished room over the garage that is carpeted so it makes a great space for your kids to play. There is a spacious office and wifi for your work needs. And a beautiful big island that is perfect for entertaining.

The Serene Retreat in the heart of Waxhaw was a convenient location into town a walkable distance for the young and old ! The house was spacious, private and joyfully decorated for a family vacation making the complexities of cohabitating fun and a memorable time

This house was everything we’d hoped for and perfect for our family gathering. It offered lots of space for our group, making it seem as if we each had a “wing” of the house. The kitchen/living/dining area was great for Thanksgiving cooking and game watching while hanging out together. The whole place has a bright and happy feel, and the decor is lovely. The little porch offers fun views of the wooded backyard, where we often saw deer playing. The neighborhood was quiet, and so close to downtown Waxhaw, which offers fun shopping and dining opportunities. In our minds, this place was perfect!
