Very good pet friendly house. We are very familiar with the area so we did not need much input from our host. The description and pictures of the house are very accurate. I think an information book in the house with recommendations might be beneficial to other guests. We had a great stay!

If there were a level above Super Host, Ly would be in that level. We stayed at his house while the inside of our house was being painted. We work from home, and the internet at Ly's house went out. The service tech couldn't come for days. So, Ly went and purchased a hotspot for the house so we could work without issue. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a good one. He was always responsive and helpful if we had questions. This was our second time staying at the house, and it was super clean, he had coffee, soap, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion on hand. He is an amazing house host and we enjoyed our stay.

great place, friendly and responsive host. Ly was really nice and responded promptly. the house is really nice and the location is great for that part of Tampa. lots to do close by and we had a great time.
