An original 100-year-old semi-detached house boasts period character and original features. The front yard features a traditional Balinese daybed shaded by an oversized market umbrella, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the local energy and unique pocket of Bondi Village. The house is filled with collectable vintage furniture and iconic designs, and the walls feature the owner's art collection hung gallery-style. High original ceilings, heritage Kaori pine floors, and oversized windows flood the spaces with sunshine. The original bathroom has been recently updated, and we renovated the kitchen last year. An oversized Queen-sized room is flooded with sunlight. The room has a supremely comfortable bed with a luxury mattress topper, plenty of storage, and block-out blinds. Organic sheets, beach towels, and bath towels are provided. The room has super fast Wifi. Our backyard is a Bondi original, a rare gem in the modern world. There's another Bali daybed under 30-metre native trees that provide filtered shade all day—perfect for a lazy breakfast or relaxing afternoons to enjoy your privacy. The outdoor table and chairs are ideal for an alfresco breakfast or evening dining. Guests often use that table setting for WFH needs, and a separate Wifi network services that area. A BBQ is available for guests, with an outdoor dining setting. Full laundry with washer and dryer. Secure surfboard storage is available. Street parking permits must be arranged 14 days in advance. Parking is 2-hour metred in the street and 2-hour unmetered nearby.
