A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and light filled dining/lounge space looking out towards the backyard makes you feel like just staying putting your feet up. Free WIFI, deck out the side with a market umbrella and seating to spend reading a book in the sun or thinking about a beach trail to wander along. A double carport to park your bikes or keep the cars undercover, come and enjoy this great property with friends or family. This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group) CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD • If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. • If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. KITCHEN & DINING Modern and open plan with an abundance of natural light situated at the end of the house, with an 6 seater dining table makes this space perfect for entertaining with friends and family. LOUNGE First lounge area flows naturally on from the entry of the property with a 3 seater sofa and TV, there is a small deck overlooking out to the outdoor enclosed yard. The Lounge situated at the end of the house with polished original timber floor invites you to sit and relax in the space of the open plan kitchen/dining. Smart TV in both the lounge rooms, with a sound bar in the main lounge area. This property has WIFI HEATING & COOLING Split system AC in the front lounge area as well as a split system in the 2nd lounge area. BATHROOM Modern bathroom that is wheelchairs accessible with a vanity, shower and toilet. A second bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity with also a front load washing machine. There is also an outside shower with warm water located at the end of the house. OUTDOORS Enclosed secure backyard with a small deck and lawn, with an outdoor shower.
