Hotel staff had issues finding my booking and payment. Checkin time was not as listed; it said 8 am but couldn't check in until standard hotel time. Room was listed to have crib/pack n play, books, toys, highchair. There were none of these, which was what was my deciding factor in booking the room. Very disappointing. Bunk bed was not as pictured; ended up with twin over twin instead of twin over double. Good thing 1 person in my party did not come.
