This unique place has a style all its own. When you finalize your booking, it may tell you that the space is shared but it is NOT. The apartment shares an ADDRESS ONLY with the Antique Shop below (The Beaten Path). You will have the entire apartment to yourself and all the privacy you need. You will be close to Penn State as well as Grange Fair (walking distance) and Restaurants (one within walking distance). Send me an inquiry for special pricing on longer or monthly stays. You will enjoy a clean and bright open concept home with spacious living room, dining and kitchen with snack bar and screened in porch. A washer and dryer are at your disposal as well. The main level also has two bedrooms; one with a full bed and one with a Queen. This level has a full bath and a half bath. Up another set of stairs (THE LOFT) you will find another huge room with a full bath, two twin beds and a full bed.....plus a beautiful view from the 6' sliding doors! Entry into the foyer is ground-level. The main living area is up a flight of stairs and the loft area is up another flight of stairs. If you have mobility issues or are unable to lift your luggage (to get it up the steps...no dragging allowed!), you may want to consider other options. The Antique Shop below is open Wednesday through Saturday 10 to 5. The apartment has a private entrance and is quiet, thoughtfully appointed and peaceful. Enjoy your breakfast on the second story screened-in porch. We offer wi-Fi, a work desk and a gourmet kitchen! You will be close to many wineries and breweries as well as Penn State (14 Miles) and The Grange Fairgrounds (you could walk there!) Our apartment is clean and fresh for every guest...sheets are good quality...nice and crisp! All rooms are pleasantly appointed to let you feel happy and comfortable. Our apartment is not geared for toddlers....stairs and breakables....but 8 and up are welcome...and of course, babies!
