We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was in walking distance. Place was beautiful and super clean! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

We loved staying here for our long weekend! We wanted to walk to restaurants and downtown easily, and this was the perfect place for that. There are a lot of cute shops and cafes around that we frequently visited as well. The unit itself is just as shown in photos and very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at 35 Cannon Street. The place looked just like the pictures. New and clean. Good location for exploring Charleston. Holey Bagels and Babas Restaurant are good neighborhood spots. Would have preferred a few more amenities including more glassware (some were dirty or cracked), bathroom hand soaps and kleenex and spot remover in laundry area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A lot of reviews mention the noise, but we brought our floor fan and it drowned out anything. We walked a lot of places and were surrounded by lovely spots! Would definitely stay again! Some things to note: 1) There is a hostel next door, and their parking lot is directly next to one of the bedroom windows. We had no trouble at all with this, and it was even a busy weekend with the bridge run. I would just recommend a floor fan / box fan to drown out the noise from the cars driving on the gravel. 2) There was a keurig, but only 3 pods. No other coffee maker or french press available. I’d recommend walking 1 block over to Holey City Bagels for coffee! 3) Parking was a teeny bit of a thing. Though a driveway is available for both units, the first person to arrive usually takes up both spots so that they don’t get stuck. This means you have to street park, and those aren’t guaranteed.
