El apartamento es hermoso, acogedor y lujoso, mucho mas bello que las fotos, nos recibieron con una botella de vino y desde el ingreso al edificio Katerine estuvo pendiente de recibirnos y apoyarnos. El aptoesta super bien ubicado en el piso 14 tiene una amplia terraza con jacuzzi y una vista espectacular frente al mar, super confortable, una decoración muy bonita y bien dotada, la cocina, habitaciones y baños muebles, sabanas, toallas limpios e impecables muy bien organizado. El condominio es muy hermoso, completo y organizado, las piscinas de adultos y niños, jacuzzi y bar en los pisos 1 y también en piso 19, Restaurante, gimnasio y cuenta con playa privada donde te ofrecen sillas, asoleadoras y sombrillas muy cómodas. Agradecemos especialmente a Katerine por ser una atenta anfitriona, ayudándonos en lo que necesitamos. La pasamos como en un Resort. Super recomendado 10/10. Volveremos con mucha alegría.
The apartment is beautiful, as advertised, and very well located. The views are splendid, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and the building’s amenities are wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone!
Muy hermoso y lujoso el apartamento, super completo todo (cocina, habitaciones, balcón con jacuzzi, etc.). Aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes, hermosa decoración, sillones y camas muy cómodas. El condominio en si es impresionante, es un edificio muy grande completísimo, tiene áreas con piscinas gigantes y muy bien cuidadas, bar, salas de descanso, ping pong, metegol, gimnasio. La verdad superó nuestras expectativas completamente. También el condominio tiene playa particular, y la estadía en el apto incluye sombrillas y sillas para pasar el día en la playa. La vista del balcón es una cosa de otro planeta, piso 14, se ve un atardecer hermoso, con vista al mar y a la playa desde el jacuzzi, la verdad super recomendado.

Excelente apartamento...el jacuzzi en la terraza un espectáculo... la playa no es la más linda pero el edificio y el apartamento compensa. Rodrigo Excelente anfitrión Katherine e Ingrid muy serviciales y amables.

The Reserva del Mar condominium is located 15 minutes from the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Santa Marta. It has a private exit to the beach, beach club, green areas with ecological trails and mangroves, wet areas with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean (Jacuzzi, bar, pools for children and adults), gym. The apartments are fully equipped with all the comforts of a hotel with a side view of the sea and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and private parking.
First day, you will need to go to the main desk for the check-in process. Guest will need to pay a small price for a wristband in Colombian Pesos that should be used during the stay, as access is controlled 24x7.
You have access from the main street to a covered and gated parking lot for 2 cars, very closed to the elevator. The apartment has its own two parking spaces on the fourth floor.
