Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It is our newest renovated one bedroom condo in North Hilltop/Westgate community. There are several shops, most notably Third Way Cafe, within walking distance. We are right around the corner from Grandview and Franklinton, which are awesome dinner/drink neighborhoods with many restaurants and breweries. Conveniently located right off I-70 for quick commuting. Well behaved pets welcome! Laundry onsite. No smoking and no parties/events! Fully furnished one bedroom apartment on second floor. The building has a total of 4 units, which are all being upgraded. A fully stocked kitchen, a full bath, and a queen bed along with a queen air-mattress and a small couch.

Will and Jessie are gracious hosts and this old WWII building has a lot of character and charm! I think the story behind it is wonderful and all the effort put into it really shines through. Parking and check-in instructions were super clear, no contact and plenty forgiving for our late arrival after a long roadtrip. The well air-conditioned apartment inside had refreshments waiting for us (thank you!!!) and a super clean bathroom with plenty of amenities. I have to give a huge thank you to Will and Jessie for allowing me to bring my little feathered baby with, and thank you for being so responsive when we needed your help. I would stay here again, but hopefully I can leave the bird with someone else… 🐥
This place was perfect for our short stay in Columbus! It was close to downtown and a lot of different restaurants and activities! Bed was comfy and apartment was clean.
I had a nice stay at Will and Jessie’s. The space was clean and clutter free. The host had checked in with me several times to see how the trip was going. All instructions on the stay were clear and easy. I would stay again!

Third Way Cafe is a frequented coffee shop two blocks away. There is also Grandview and Franklinton within short driving distance, which both include awesome food/drink scenes. Westgate parks, less than a mile away is great for walking and playground for kids! The Quarry Trails Metro Park just opened up about 10 minutes away with great dirt biking and walking trails!
Being right off I-70, we are within a 20 min commute to most anywhere in the greater Columbus area. Additionally, we are right next to the Ohio to Erie Trail for bicycle commuting! The Ohio to Erie trail is a 326mi bike trail stretching across the entire state of Ohio, going through small towns and major cities. It is a great way to get around locally!
