Ali was very responsive and clear with instructions, and good for the price! He was helpful and lovely when I communicated with him. I know he gets a cleaner in between visits however the bathroom wasn’t particularly clean but this could’ve been due to the other people staying. Fairly accessible, it’s a 15/20min walk to 2 different tubes so bare that in mind if you’re not ok with walking loads. There’s are bus stops closer though.

Terrible experience, the only thing went smooth was we checked in for the start, then we could not open the door for the first night. The connection structure was loose inside so it can only be open fron inside. We waited for 2 hours (from 4 am to almost 6 am) outside in the early morning in London, until other guests wake up and opened that door for us. During our communication, the landlord just kept us waiting outside when he was trying to reach out other guests, but himself, was not in London at all. After 1 hour waiting and nothing happened, so we left and tried to find some place warm, since it was pretty cold at that time. When he text us about the other guests were up, we instantly got an uber back, only took 5-7 mins. But since the door can be open from inside but not outside, the other guests opened it and went back immediately. Then the landlord blamed us for not waiting there for whole 2 hours.
