Family Andalusian Villa with stunning sea and mountains view, located in Monte Sancha - an exclusive area of Málaga 20 minutes walk from the Old Town and Caleta Beach. The house was completely remodeled in 2018 and consists of 3 floors distributed in 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. Outside you will find a lounging area with a private heated, secured salt water swimming pool and a barbecue area. On street level, there is a small gym with a threadmill, a pull-up bar and various gym equipment. On the ground floor there are a hall, living room, kitchen, laundry room and a restroom. The living room gives onto the terrace with the private, heated swimming pool. Going up the stairs on the first floor there is a master bedroom, dressing room and an ensuite bathroom, as well as two bedrooms with a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Finally, on the top floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and both rooms have a desk with ergonomic chairs. *All bedrooms have double beds or single beds that can be extended to a double one and some of them have sea views with a small balcony. EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION ------------------------------- Outside there is a private, heated saltwater swimming pool with electric security cover and a couple of sun loungers and outdoor sofa. There is also a set of table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals and a Weber gas barbecue. EQUIPMENT -------------------- The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils, crockery and cutlery. Among the appliances we can highlight 2 ovens (steam and traditional/microwave), a dishwasher, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, and a reverse osmosis drinking water filter. Next to kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and 1Gbps fiber optic WiFi with repeaters on each floor. The 55 inch TV in the living room has Apple TV+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO and Disney+. Since it is a family home, the space has a lot of toys for small children and two spaces for remote work in separate rooms with sea and mountains view. *The cleaning and disinfection of the house is carried out with certified ecological products. Towels, bed linen, shampoo and shower gel and a guests welcome pack are provided. There is also everything you need to cook and have breakfast: oils, condiments, coffee, infusions and etc. LOCATION AND PARKING -------------------------------------- The villa is located between Playa de la Caleta and City Center, on top of a hill a step away from Mount Gibralfaro: the nearest beach is 1.300 meters away (500 meters in a straight line) and the Old town 2.000 meters away. In the neighborhood there are only single-family houses and villas, which provides a very quiet and relaxing stay. You can park your vehicle easily and safely on the same street or on neighboring streets.

Lovely stay in a family friendly home. Everything is well equipped in the kitchen and organised. The our children (2 and 3) loved the toys and pool. The pool cover made the pool safe which made me feel at ease when the pool was not in use. Good location walkable into town and the beach but there is a bit of a hill. Very relaxing sitting by the pool and BBQing. Would definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

We felt like at home. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. Swimming pool with salted water was perfect and very well equipped kitchen. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you 🙏🏻

I came to Malaga with my wife and kids and another family. The house was large enough for the 8 of us and everybody had their own space. It’s a big townhouse located in a very quiet neighbourhood which is close to Malaga’s historical center with all the restaurants and museums (20 minutes walking though a forest) and 15-20 minutes walking from the beach. It is far away from the hustle and bustle (all you can hear are the birds singing) while still being close to it. The house matched the description and photos perfectly. The house itself is well maintained. The beds were comfortable and there is air conditioning in all the rooms. The kitchen has all the amenities that I could think of. A lot of toys were available for the kids, who felt right at home and stayed busy (when they were not in the swimming pool) so we could relax. The terrace is very nice with stylish outdoor furnitures and the pool was heated and secured by a cover. Overall we had a great stay. We would gladly come back

Great house with a lot of space, since it’s a house where people actually live we had everything we needed for our stay! It’s very homey & has a totally equipped kitchen, laundry room, lots of house appliances, etc. The swimming pool was big enough, and salty water makes us feel as on the beach ☺️ A lot of toys for kids, and a lot of rooms to play. I would definitely come back!

La villa es una gozada, está super bien equipada con todo lo que uno puede imaginar y está situada en un lugar muy tranquilo donde solamente hay casas unifamiliares - parece que estás en el campo rodeado por naturaleza y canto de pájaros, pero a la vez tanto el centro de Málaga como las playas urbanas están a un paso. Ciertamente hay muy pocos lugares como estos en Airbnb, tanto por la calidad de la propia vivienda, vistas impresionantes desde las habitaciones, piscina privada con agua salada, posibilidad de aparcar fácilmente en la calle, como por su ubicación y amabilidad de anfitriones. Eramos un grupo de dos familias con niños pequeños (9 personas en total) y había espacio mas que suficiente para todos. Además nos ha venido genial que hayan dejado juguetes para los peques y que la TV cuente con prácticamente todos los servicios de streaming. Incluso hay zona de trabajo con un WiFi excelente que me permitió teletrabajar perfectamente y con vistas al mar :) Una experiencia de 5*
