The bedrooms are luxurious and spacious and much thought has been given to the layout with three larger bedrooms to the front of the property and kids rooms to the rear (on the quieter side of the house). Each of the forward facing rooms has its own unique style and amazing bathrooms, children will love their own space and the adults can indulge in the beautiful en suite bathrooms. The ground floor living space flows seamlessly from room to room; the elegant dining room comes complete with cushioned window seat to the wide bay windows and excellent sea views - a lovely place for relaxing and chatting over dinner with a glass of red. The sumptuous sitting room with its floor to ceiling glazing lets the light flood in. The neutral palette with splashes of blue creates a calm environment and a lovely space for a get together on movie night or simply relaxing and chatting in front of the gas fire. The bright and spacious kitchen is flooded with light and who doesn't love a sociable breakfast bar, a favourite spot for chatting over the food prep or catching up with a Nespresso and a croissant. Alternatively simply take time out on the white leather recliner with the newspaper. Step through the wide patio doors and onto the deck, this is the barbecue zone and offers the ultimate in alfresco dining; almost a movie in itself as you gaze at the comings and goings on the water as the embers burn, sipping sundowners as darkness sets in.
